CHANGES TO E-CONSULT

Th E-Consult service has now ceased.

The new system replacing it is called PATCHS. It works in the same way as e-consult but looks slightly different. 

The link for patients to sign up to the new PATCHS service is now available.

For GP and Advanced Nurse Practioner Appointments

Ling House runs a TRIAGE appointment system. Our appointments can be booked online or by phone. Our phone lines open from 8.30 Monday to Friday. (Except for Bank holidays)

Should you wish to arrange a telephone appointment using our website please click on the 'Book an Appointment' tab at the top of our homepage to see availability. Alternatively, you can call reception who can book a telephone appointment for you or signpost you to the most appropriate service.   

Repeat Prescription requests

Please either use the link at the top of our homepage. Alternatively, you can hand deliver your prescription request by placing it in the post-box at the front door of the practice or send it through the post to us. We do not accept prescription requests over the phone.

Please allow four working days for prescription requests to be processed.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Please DO NOT book a GP appointment or come into the GP practice, pharmacy or hospital if you have symptoms of coronavirus which include:

·             A fever/high temperature

·             A new continuous cough

·             Loss of taste or smell
